Work Instructions
I have developed assembly methods and written work instructions for Joby Aviation's electromechanical assemblies, Zone 5 Technologies' UAS Drones and harnesses, and W Machine Work's helicopter thruster system subassemblies.
I incorporate checks for technicians into my instructions, preventing scrap and NCRs during quality inspection.
End of Line Testing
I developed end-of-line test methods for the Air Temperature Sensors used throughout Joby's eVTOL's, designing fixtures and helping to author the acceptance test procedure itself.
I have worked on the line in every internship, working with technicians to teach assembly methods and solve blockers to production.
